Privacy Policy, Pre-Pregnancy Prep
This Privacy Policy explains how the Pre-Pregnancy Prep app ("the app"), published by LLTO Digital L.L.C-FZ ("we", "us"), handles your information. Please read it carefully.
The short version
The Pre-Pregnancy Prep app does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. Everything you enter stays on your device. We have no server and no account system, so we never see your information.
What data the app stores
The app lets you enter information to use its features, which may include:
- Your name and a few cycle settings (average cycle and period length, units, height and weight for BMI)
- Calendar entries: period flow, intercourse, mood, stress, sleep and daily habits
- Your preconception checklist progress and what-to-avoid and partner-plan tick lists
- Appointments and tests, personal goals, and your pregnancy/baby essentials list
All of this information is stored locally on your device only, using your phone's standard app storage. It is never uploaded, transmitted, or sent to us or to any third party.
What we collect
Nothing. We do not operate any server or backend for this app. We do not collect analytics, usage statistics, advertising identifiers, location, or any other personal data. We have no way to access the information you enter.
Health information
The entries you log are personal and stay private on your device. Because the app has no server and no account, your health notes are never shared with us or anyone else unless you choose to export and share them yourself.
Third parties
The app does not include advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking software. We do not sell or share your data, because we never receive it.
Exporting your data
The app includes an option to export your data as a CSV or JSON. This export is initiated by you and the resulting file is handled by your own device and the apps you choose to share it with. We are not involved in that process.
Deleting your data
You are always in control of your data:
- Use the in-app reset or delete options to clear your records, or
- Uninstall the app, which removes all of its locally stored data from your device.
Once removed, the data cannot be recovered by us, because we never had a copy.
Children's privacy
The app does not collect any personal data from anyone, including children, and does not transmit data off the device.
Permissions
The app does not require access to your contacts, camera, microphone, or location. Any system permission requested is solely to support on-device features such as saving an export file you create.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
