What data the app stores

What we collect
Nothing. We do not operate any server or backend for this app. We do not collect analytics, usage statistics, advertising identifiers, location, or any other personal data. We have no way to access the information you enter.
Health information
The entries you log are personal and stay private on your device. Because the app has no server and no account, your health notes are never shared with us or anyone else unless you choose to export and share them yourself.
Third parties
The app does not include advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking software. We do not sell or share your data, because we never receive it.
Exporting your data
The app includes an option to export your data as a CSV or JSON. This export is initiated by you and the resulting file is handled by your own device and the apps you choose to share it with. We are not involved in that process.
Optional privacy PIN
The app may offer an optional PIN to keep your entries private on your device. This PIN is stored locally and is used only to protect access on your phone. It is not sent to us.
Deleting your data
You are always in control of your data:
- Use the in-app reset or delete options to clear your records, or
- Uninstall the app, which removes all of its locally stored data from your device.
Once removed, the data cannot be recovered by us, because we never had a copy.
Children's privacy
The app does not collect any personal data from anyone, including children, and does not transmit data off the device.
Permissions
The app does not require access to your contacts, camera, microphone, or location. Any system permission requested is solely to support on-device features such as saving an export file you create.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
